In 2024, I was sitting in my hotel room on a wing chair in Gurugram after returning from my office after a long, hectic day. We were running an app development and marketing agency in the traditional way. Our office was in the Ambience Mall.

I was tired, exhausted and frustrated with the current situation.
I was so mad at myself for not applying my knowledge and experience to turn things around effectively. Despite doing our best and working harder than the majority of people at this stage of their lives, I still was not able to go beyond the basics for the BIG targets I had in mind.

I'm thinking:
This is not why I started the business in the first place.
I started because I wanted to create impact and have complete freedom of time, money and location, but the ugly truth is... I don't even have enough Cash-flow to survive for next 3 months, I'm working 4-6 hours longer than my employees and I feel more suffocated within the walls everyday because I've to get out of my hotel room, start the car, park in the basement of ambience mall, take the lift then enter office room and repeat this cycle everyday for 6 days a week. The only time I could see the sun was on the way to the office in the morning, which was also for brief moments. I could not enjoy nature in any form at all.

I burned out.
I wanted to get out the very next day. After a long period of contemplation, I decided to shut down the software agency, despite the looming expenses that felt like a sword hanging over me. Despite being well aware of my delicate situation, I bravely decided to take this step, but at the same time, I told myself that whatever I am going to do next should not get me stuck in the routine I had just broken free from. I then began brainstorming everything for the next 15 days.

I sat down and figured out the best and fastest way to make money out of my expertise instead of going the traditional way this time. As daunting as it was, since I was going way beyond traditional ways and practically on the road no one even thinks to tread upon, I was scared too.

Those 15 days changed my life in every sense that I can think of. And today, I thank myself for being brave enough to dare. I figured out many things that I needed to succeed instantly and turned them into training programs known as "Expert Empire Blueprint," "Digital Gold Rush," & "CashFlow Content" training programs. By the time I reached the 15th day, my head was storming with ideas of the courses I could create. But since I had limited time to make my first income, I made sure to make a note of all those ideas and work when I would be in my better days.

It took me some time to create a program. Luckily, I had enough to sustain myself for a few weeks. But what happened after that made it all worth it.
Here is the result:
#1. In the first 30 days, we made USD 9953 in recurring revenue. (Level-1 Freedom of money)
#2. We shut down the office, and now we are 100% virtual. Now I work from beaches, mountains and jungles.(Level-2 Full freedom of location)
#3. Instead of working 14-16 hours a day, I work 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week (Level-3 Full freedom of time)

Sometimes I work more, but it's a choice now. I work now because I want to, not because I have to.

And the best part in all of this was that my pain of dealing with weird and creepy people was hugely reduced. I was no longer convincing people to become my clients. They were instead asking me on their own where they should transfer the amount!

I used to tell business owners during my trainings and workshops that:

"A CEO shouldn't work at all except for creating strategic growth roadmaps for the company, regardless of the business."

Now we did it with an example of ourselves and our coaches.

We figured out only one thing after so many failures and effortless successes that:

"Success isn't the outcome of hard work or smart work but an outcome of your strategic work."
